Slidecore Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms cover how we work together when you subscribe to Slidecore. By becoming a client, you agree to them.
Slidecore is operated by Giorgi Meskhi, based in Georgia.
What we do
We provide presentation design on a monthly subscription • pitch decks, board decks, investor updates, sales decks, and executive presentations. The specific volume and turnaround for your plan are shown on our pricing page and confirmed when you sign up.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Payment is due on the invoice date.
- Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation and pausing
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- We do not refund partial months.
Price changes
If we change our pricing, we'll give you 30 days' notice before it applies to your subscription.
Scope of work
Your plan includes a defined amount of work per month (number of decks or slides, depending on your tier). Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately and requires your approval before we start.
Turnaround times listed on our website are in business days (Monday–Friday). The clock starts when we have everything we need from you • brief, brand assets, and any source materials.
Unlimited revisions are included within the original scope. If revisions change the direction significantly, we may treat them as new work and discuss scope with you first.
What we need from you
For the work to go well, you agree to:
- Give us clear briefs and timely feedback
- Provide the brand assets and source materials we need
- Make sure you have the right to use any content you share with us
Who owns what
- Your materials stay yours. Brand assets, source content, everything you provide • we use it only to do the work you hired us for.
- Finished decks belong to you. Once you've paid for a piece of work, the final deck and design files are yours to use however you need.
- Our methods stay ours. The templates, systems, and know-how we've built to do our work aren't transferred to you along with the decks.
- Portfolio: We may show anonymized or non-confidential examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Just let us know before we start and we'll keep the work private.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us that isn't public is confidential. We won't share it with anyone outside the people needed to deliver your work, and we won't discuss it with third parties. This applies during and after your subscription.
No guarantees on outcomes
We'll do our best work for you. But we can't guarantee commercial outcomes • whether a deck raises money, closes a deal, or wins an audience depends on many things beyond design.
Liability
If something goes wrong and we're responsible, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 3 months. We're not liable for indirect losses • lost revenue, lost deals, lost opportunities, or anything similar.
Ending the subscription
Either of us can end the subscription at any time under the cancellation terms above. If you break these terms or don't pay, we may suspend or end your access. Any completed work you've paid for is still yours.
Things beyond our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events we can't control • internet outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or similar disruptions.
