Confidential HealthTech · Series B fundraise deck

Series B fundraise deck10 business days, 24 slides

A digital health platform serving Medicare Advantage plans came to us with a rough 32-slide deck and a lead-investor meeting in two weeks. The narrative was solid but the deck buried it.

The brief

Rebuild the deck end-to-end for a $40M Series B raise. Preserve the technical detail investors would ask about, but restructure the narrative so the first 5 slides did 80% of the work.

Our approach

We cut the deck from 32 slides to 18, reordered around the “why now” argument the founder kept making in conversation but had buried on slide 24, and rebuilt the data visualization system so payer economics were legible at a glance.

Outcome

The company closed their Series B at target valuation 8 weeks later.

Board deck design system3 weeks, 40+ components

A Series C payments company was rebuilding its board deck from scratch every six weeks, with three people and a weekend burned each cycle.

The brief

Build a reusable board deck system - metrics layouts, narrative sections, appendix patterns - that the finance and ops teams could maintain themselves between cycles.

Our approach

We designed a component library in native Google Slides: 14 metric layouts, a consistent chart language, and a locked master section for standing agenda items. Then we shipped the first two cycles with them.

Outcome

Board deck prep dropped from roughly three days to half a day per cycle.

Confidential B2B SaaS · Sales deck refresh

Modular sales deck2 weeks, 60 slides

An enterprise SaaS team was running four different sales decks across three regions, none of them matching the brand refresh from the previous quarter.

The brief

Consolidate into one modular sales deck with regional variants, aligned to the new brand, that AEs could assemble in minutes.

Our approach

We built a modular slide library organized by buyer objection rather than by product feature, so reps could assemble a deck around the conversation they were actually having.

Outcome

Adopted across the full AE team in the first quarter after rollout.
