Slidecore Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or work with us, and what we do with it. We keep this short because we keep our data practices simple.

We only collect information you give us directly:

• When you contact us through the website: your name, email, company, and anything you write in the message.
• When you become a client: contact details for the people we'll work with, and any content you share for the design work (brand assets, briefs, deck drafts, source materials).
• When you pay us: billing information needed to invoice you. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor • we never see or store them.

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on our website.

• Deliver the design work you've hired us for
• Send you invoices
• Communicate about your projects

That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the tools we need to run the business (see below).

To operate, we use a small number of third-party tools. Your information may pass through:

• Our email provider (for messages between us)
• Our payment processor (for invoicing)
• Our file storage and project tools (for shared work)

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we choose ones we trust. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Content you share for design work • decks, briefs, brand materials, strategic information • is confidential. We don't share it with third parties. We don't post it publicly. We don't use it as portfolio examples without your written permission.

We keep client project files for 12 months after a project ends, in case you need something. After that, we archive or delete on request. Contact records (your name, email, past invoices) are kept as long as needed for our own business and tax records.

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information (subject to any legal or tax records we're required to keep)
